Does every kit include a video tutorial?

Tutorial availability varies by product. If a video or step-by-step guide is included, it will be stated on the product page. Visit our crochet tutorial information page and check the instructions supplied with your chosen kit for its specific guide.

What is included in a kit?

Contents vary by design. Please review the product description and images for the exact yarn, tools, pattern and accessories supplied. For example, the Tulip Bouquet Crochet Kit lists yarn and flower-making materials, while the Granny Square Tote Bag Crochet Kit lists a lining, straps and bag hardware. These are kits for making the projects yourself, not finished products. Current options and availability are shown on each product page.

Do yarn storage bag listings include yarn?

No, unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Our yarn storage bags and organisers are normally sold without yarn or crochet tools. Supplies shown in product photographs are for display unless the selected option explicitly includes them.

Which yarn storage bag should I choose?

Choose according to your project size and how you carry your supplies. The Cylindrical Yarn Storage Bag is a compact option for one active project. The Large Yarn Storage Tote Bag offers room for larger projects and a crossbody carrying option. The Large Yarn Storage Bag with Grommets has yarn-feed openings and tool pockets. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to selected European destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether service is available and to see the current shipping options and price. Our European shipping policy explains dispatch from China, delivery estimates and how import charges may apply.

Where are orders dispatched from?

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our fulfilment location in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

What currency do you use?

Storefront prices are displayed in EUR. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee if your account uses another currency.

How long will delivery take?

The available delivery estimate is shown at checkout and in your order information. Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. International delivery can take longer during peak periods, public holidays or customs checks, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Will I have to pay VAT, customs duty or handling fees?

Any tax or duty collected by us will be shown before payment. If a charge is not collected at checkout, the destination customs authority or carrier may require the recipient to pay import VAT, customs duty or a handling fee before delivery. The treatment depends on the destination, order value and applicable law.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after dispatch. You can also review your order in your customer account.

Returns and support

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started.

Can I return an online order?

Eligible consumers may notify us within 14 days after delivery that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the exceptions allowed by applicable law. Please read our Return Policy for the process and costs.

What if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact Woolique Living Studio support promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy without limiting your statutory consumer rights.
